Jesus revealed that God is a Trinity of Persons. The third person of the Trinity is the Holy Spirit who is manifested at Pentecost. One of the primary actions of the Holy Spirit is revealing God’s personal love for us. The Holy Spirit is given to us in baptism, but as adults we need to personally ratify our baptismal promises to experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
