Terms of Use Terms of Use Home | Terms of Use Terms of Use for ChristLife’s All Access Pass Unauthorized use of the All Access Pass license is a violation of US copyright law. The All Access Pass license is only valid through an active subscription with ChristLife. All of the materials included in the ChristLife All Access Pass is the intellectual property of ChristLife, including, but not limited to the course videos, course guides, and training materials. What The License Allows The All Access Pass license grants the parish or institution which purchased the license the permission to present (through streaming or downloading) the ChristLife course videos, as well as print and distribute the course guides an unlimited number of times for the ChristLife courses at the purchasing parish or institution. The All Access Pass license also grants the parish the permission to electronically store or share in a secure manner the course guides among parish team members. What The License Does Not Allow This All Access Pass does not give permission to: Purchase entities to disseminate the contents of the All Access Pass in any manner to people outside or not affiliated with the purchasing entity Alter the content or digital form of the videos or guides in any way Photocopy or electronically share the videos or guides with other parishes or institutions Special Agreements for the Use of this License Where a diocese has established a formal relationship among parishes sharing the same Pastor and/or pastoral staff, these parishes may share the All Access Pass license in accord with the above terms of use.
